Project Description
Completed in September 2024, we worked diligently to preserve the integrity of this historic gem.
Using an engineered scaffolding system and ensuring public safety throughout the process, our team carefully removed approximately 600 sqft of existing roof and wood deck. We then installed a new wood deck, upgraded the drainage, and installed a fully adhered SBS system.
In addition, we tackled approximately 1,200 sqft of standing seam metal roofing, replacing it with new self-adhered waterproofing and premium 24 gauge standing seam metal roofing.
Being a part of the restoration of such an esteemed Heritage Building was an honor, and we took great pride in contributing to its legacy.
